Membership Rules and Regulations:
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of The Battlegrounds. Our membership program offers several benefits and options to enhance your airsoft and R/C experiences. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of our membership.
- Membership Options:
We offer three different membership options with different durations: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. You can choose the options that best suit your needs and preferences.
- Membership Benefits:
As a member of The Battlegrounds, you will enjoy the following benefits, depending on your membership:
Bronze includes:
- Unlimited crawling on weekdays
- 5% off retail
Silver includes:
- Unlimited crawling on weekdays
- 10% off airsoft open play admission
- 5% off retail
Gold includes:
- Unlimited crawling on weekdays
- 6 free airsoft admissions, monthly
- 10% off retail, at Show Me Your Hobbies
- 10% off event/party bookings
- 10% off monthly, R/C crawling competitions
- Membership Registration:
a. Online Registration: To sign up for a membership, visit our website and fill out the online registration form. Please provide accurate and complete information.
b. In-person Registration: Alternatively, you can visit The Battlegrounds during business hours to complete the online membership application form with an employee.
- Membership Fees:
Membership fees are as follows:
- 3-Month Memberships:
- Bronze: $34.95 / month ($104.85 total)
- Silver: $44.95/month ($134.85 total)
- Gold: $64.95/month ($194.85 total)
- 6-Month Memberships:
- Bronze: $29.95/month ($179.70 total)
- Silver: $39.95/month ($239.70 total)
- Gold: $59.95/month ($359.70 total)
- 12-Month Memberships:
- Bronze: $24.95/month ($299.40 total)
- Silver: $34.95/month ($419.40 total)
- Gold: $54.95/month ($659.40 total)
Membership fees are payable either in monthly installments, according to the selected duration. Regardless of the payment method chosen, membership fees are non-refundable. Once the payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Membership Sharing:
a. Membership privileges are non-transferable and may not be shared with or utilized by individuals who are not registered members.
b. Your membership is valid only for personal use and cannot be used by friends, family members, or others.
c. The attempt to share or transfer membership may result in the immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
- No Refunds Policy:
Please note that The Battlegrounds operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once membership fees have been paid, no refunds are available under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
a. Membership Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel your membership before the expiration date, no refund or partial refund will be provided.
b. Membership Termination: If The Battlegrounds terminates your membership due to violations of the membership policy, code of conduct, or any other rule or regulation, no refund will be issued.
c. Personal Circumstances: The Battlegrounds does not provide refunds for membership fees due to personal circumstances such as relocation, illness, injury, or changes in personal preferences or availability.
d. Facility Closure: In the unlikely event that The Battlegrounds needs to close temporarily or permanently due to unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be given for the remaining membership duration.
- Retail Discount:
a. Silver Members receive a 5 % discount and Gold Members receive a 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise available for purchase at The Battlegrounds retail store, Show Me Your Hobbies.
b. The 5% or 10% discount does not apply to merchandise that is already discounted, on sale, or part of any other ongoing promotions or clearance items.
c. The 5% or 10% discount is not available for online purchases. To make use of your membership discount for online-only items, please visit our facility in person and one of our employees will assist you in processing the transaction.
Please note that the above information does not include or apply to airsoft and/or R/C equipment rentals. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please reach out to The Battlegrounds.
- Equipment:
a. Airsoft equipment rentals (including but not limited to replicas, protective gear, and ammo) are not included in the membership fees. Airsoft rentals are available and fees will apply separately.
b. R/C equipment rentals are not included in the membership fees. R/C rentals are available and fees will apply separately.
c. Only approved airsoft replicas and approved equipment are allowed on the premises. Please consult with The Battlegrounds staff if you have any questions regarding the acceptability of your gear.
d. Silver and Gold Members retail discount does not include or apply to airsoft and/or R/C equipment rentals.
- Code of Conduct:
As a member, you are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to:
- A zero-tolerance policy on bullying within our facility
- Foul language will not be tolerated
- Refrain from engaging in any form of cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior
- No smoking or vaping inside the facility
- Treating the facility with care and cleanliness

- Membership Renewal:
Prior to the expiration of your membership, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to renew your membership if you wish to continue.
- Membership Termination:
The Battlegrounds reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership if a member violates the code of conduct or engages in any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
- Liability and Waiver:
The Battlegrounds is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation, by becoming a member, you acknowledge and accept that. Prior to your first visit to The Battlegrounds, you will be required to sign a liability waiver.
- Communication and Updates:
a. Members will receive periodic communications, updates, and promotional offers via email or other communication channels provided during registration.
b. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their contact information up to date. The Battlegrounds is not liable for any missed communications due to outdated contact details.
- Modification of Terms:
The Battlegrounds reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership policy. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
By becoming a member of The Battlegrounds, either online or in person, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the membership policy outlined above. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your membership without a refund.
